Consumer Complaint: I am disputed this account which was originally owned by XXXX XXXX the original creditor. This loan was paid off in full. Once the location was closed I start receiving letters from the new company XXXX XXXX that informed me I owed a debt. I informed them that the account had already been paid and please fix it. Months later I see that XXXX XXXX the collection agency had acquired the account and is negatively reporting this on my credit report.
