Consumer Complaint: I have disputed an account with XXXX several times with more then enough documentation to support removal of an account. The account in question is Originally from XXXX and is now being held by CCS they are located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MA XXXX. They have since taken the balance down from {$730.00} to now {$500.00} after my last dispute. So even if that were valid then It should not be in collections or reporting as late at all because they had the wrong amount this entire time and therefore it was wrong to begin with. Unfortunately for XXXX and CCS I have been sent 3 different documents from XXXX stating a {$0.00} balance is owed and the matter closed. Luckily XXXX investigated this and removed it because it is fraudulent. It is still effecting my credit negatively. If a mistake was made by either XXXX or CCS, with all do respect it is not my problem. They emailed and mailed me confirmation of a {$0.00} balance and nothing being owed. Which i will hopefully be able to attach to this complaint as well. This company has over 500 XXXX complaints, this isnt normal. I will be filling a corresponding complaint with the Attorney General ‘s office as well in their state of Massachusetts.
