When I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to investigate they to told me the over withdrawal was their mistake and they would issue me a refund for {$120.00} I was promised a refund and as of today XX/XX/2018 after calling XXXX month After month I have not received my refund and now XXXX reps are disputing with me. I have a balance debt with XXXX for {$130.00} for terminating early but what about my refund? Why did they withdraw {$180.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX if I canceled my service on XX/XX/XXXX and I still have a balance debt with XXXX
