Consumer Complaint: Received a notice from Coast Professional , Inc. about an alleged student loan debt I owe but this is a hand-me-down dunning notice from a previously disputed debt by another debt collection agency and the school, University of XXXX. The school was previously paid for credits obtained but refused to turn over my transcripts for credits earned so they’re essentially holding my credits / degree hostage for classes I didn’t take and although I’ve withdrew from my classes in time, they still charged me and referred my account for collections which is not fair. This has been ongoing for more than ten years,
