Consumer Complaint: I had to call national credit services in XXXX, wa so i could talk to them about the student loan. i told them i think that it might not be mine because i went to XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX, not XX/XX/XXXX. i asked to be able to look at the documents so i could see because i remembered seeing the discrepancy years ago. they wouldn’t tell me anything about it. they just said that since it was consolotated that they didn ; t have any information on the original. documents. it wan ; t until after they made the payment that they told me that the bill was incurred in XX/XX/XXXX. but they wouldn’t tell me anything else and wouldn’t email me the information.
i just want to seee the documents and i want to cal the consolodation company and find out what they have. and i want to make sur e that it was me, so i’m not paying for someone else ‘s education.
if it’s mine, i’ll be fine with it, but i want to make sure. and i was denied that right.
i feel that i was treated like a subhuman and preyed upon.
i want justice, i should be able to see the information on the bills that i am paying.
