Consumer Complaint: I have been dealing with Naviant for many years. I have jumped through hoops time and time again. The last was the release of my co -signers. I did what they wanted and they still won’t take them off. My loan has doubled in interest and I am paying them XXXX dollars a month and only XXXX goes to the loan. I was on a repayment plan and I was never told that it would expire. I was in the hospital getting a transplant at that time so i never thought about it. I am on XXXX and was lead wrong about that as well. It is sad that there are companies like this. I have been deceived by this company for many years. That is why i have more in intrested than the original loan. All i wanted was the release of my co-signers. I can not justify paying a loan that will never get paid off.
