Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX and I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Procollect Collection agency who is repeatedly ( numerous times in a day ) calling me regarding a debt in the amount the I dont owe. Procollect states that I owe {$8900.00} and I have an email from the apartment complex that states I owe roughly 3,700 as a balance. I have repeatedly requested a complete validation of debt and have not received anything.

Procollect is attempting to collect on an amount that is not owed, repeatedly contacting my phone harassing me for payment on a debt amount that I do not owe.
