Consumer Complaint: This company is trying to collect a debt that is not mine, they are also reporting this in my credit without been properly verified as require by the FCRA 15 USC 1681 they are require to have properly verified this debt before placing this item on my credit report and have a hard copy with the original application with my signature on it as well as name, number, address, position held by person contacted to verified this debt. Note that a scrren shot is not unacceptable validation proof in a court of law. I am a litigious consumer and intent to use my right to clear my good name.
