Consumer Complaint: This company continues to report to my credit without verifying this account! I have put disputes in through the credit bureaus and XXXX was not able to verify this account and deleted it off my credit. However, the other credit bureaus still have this account reporting as verified. It also states they sent this account to a collection agency. I sent a letter to the legal dept according to FCRA 623 that I need this account validated! I get a letter back claiming they can’t honor my request without signing it. This sound very sneaky to me as they claim they would have to do a signature comparison as a protection to me!!!
*Attached is my letter to the company and a letter I received from the company
