Consumer Complaint: I called carmart to notify them about my payday falling on the XXXX and XXXX. I asked to have my contract modified before my due date. They refused to modify but the manager did say she would notate the account that I would pay half on the XXXX, which I did and the other half on the XXXX. If I spoke to the general manager why is the account rep. Calling me 5 times a day or three times in a row back to back?
