Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2018 i called navient about a conversation regarding a disputed account with a rep prior. She wouldnt allow me to dispute account she told me to contact school for proof. Said that no supervisor was there to speak to me said that shes was tring to help but kept over talking me and repeating the same phrase over and over again. I paid my loan prior but stopped after realizing a institution that was being disputed was being paid too. I wantef clarification on that instabces and ive called numerous times!! Please help
