Consumer Complaint: Attached is pictures of Payment reversal navient has made to my account. I tried paying them many many times they use to accept my payment but for the past mast its been saying payment reversal. I always make sure I have money on my checking account and the last payment I made via phone I made sure that the representative took notes and explained to her my situation. The payment has posted but I check again that they did payment reversal.
Im filing a complaint because it has been affecting my credit and its not like Im not paying them they just dont want to accept it. Also they put me on forbearance even though I did not request it. This is a very serious case and I am not very happy with their customer service.
