Consumer Complaint: Dear, CFPB I am making a complaint for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and Kimball tirey st John. There is a debt from the creditor which is kimball tirey st John original creditor which XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX I have a document saying the creditor agreed to delete this account. As of today it is XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX has not deleted the account which is violating FCRA statue of limitations and can possibly be sued and fined for {$1000.00} per each. I am having difficulties with all 3 bureas and creditor that agreed to deleted in it’s still not deleted as agreed. They also increased the balance to damage my report after they agreed to delete, what they do is increased and decreased which damages a score. This is a violation under the credit act.. This must be deleted immediately. I will upload the page from XXXX and current updates for my proof in case I have to proceed with litigation and violation fines.
