Consumer Complaint: I wasn’t sure what to check in the begining of the forms but here ‘s what happened. i answered the phone and he said this is XXXX XXXX i’m like ok who are you with i had to ask 5 times before he identified his company name. which was portfolio recovery. This was obviosly an attempt to collect a debt and very illegal debt pratices. He kept asking numous times if i was still at a certain address before he ever identified his company and he only identified after i asked 5 times. this company needs to the hammer drooped on them.
