Consumer Complaint: Portfolio recovery has contacted me at work threatened sue me for old debt from year 2000. This has passed statue of limitations in CT and any other states. They have been told not to contact me at work they do it anyway. Call me on my cell again XXXX XXXX today about sued me in court. what’s so funny is debt was with capital one and they said debt was expired. They we’re no longer collect on it and even offered me credit card. Plus I see the state of XXXX has sued them for millions.
