Consumer Complaint: I spent the last 10 years working for the XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and making on time payments to my loan. When I called to find out about my loans be absolved because of that reason I was told that my loan wasn’t the right type of loan. That’s how I was left. They redid my loan payments but that’s all.
Extremely frustrating and unfair that I wasn’t told that 10 years ago.
