Consumer Complaint: I look on my account on line. on XX/XX/XXXX. i noticed that there is 7 deliquent notices and i have never recieved one of them. I should be recieving this information in the mail. now on my account, for i do not check my account on a daily basic, I did send them information to lower my payment in the month of XX/XX/XXXX.Copy of my paycheck, bank statement and my XXXX for XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX. I did not recieve any information that they recievced it. NOT even on there web site. because of this i am behind on payments. my financial situation has changed.
