Consumer Complaint: I have never had an account with XXXX. This is the third, third party debt collector that has tried to collect on this account. The other 2 have been removed from my credit file, but XXXX doesn’t report it in their name, so while I get the third party debt collectors removed XXXX keeps reselling the account. It is an unfair practice to keep selling the debt to a third party after I have it removed from my name. WAYRESGRP is the new third party debt collector. They failed to send me my notification of right to dispute. When calling WAYRESGRP they don’t not handle disputes directly they send the customer to XXXX XXXX fraud department. XXXXXXXX XXXX is not the company that is negatively effecting my credit. I have a right to dispute with the party that is reporting to the credit file. This is another violation of my rights as a consumer. This account must be removed as my identity was not verified when they opened the account, and the have violated my rights as a consumer.
