Consumer Complaint: I have sent Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC a letter on XX/XX/2018 asking them to VALIDATE this debt they claim I owe them or XXXX XXXX. PRA, LLC only keeps sending me billing statements which is not sufficient VALIDATION that I owe them anything and they know that. These billing statements themselves could be fraudulent. If they are a collection company that works with XXXX XXXX or BUYS DEBT from XXXX XXXX then they should have the proper documentation from XXXX XXXX with my signature agreeing to pay XXXX XXXX and VALIDATING this is in fact my account and that I agreed to pay them this amount. There is also a letter XXXX, XXXX sent me but it says its from XXXX XXXX saying that PRA, LLC owns the account and that it is not an attempt of XXXX XXXX trying to collect a debt. I am going to need VALIDATION THAT I OWE PRA, LLC {$260.00} if they can not produce these documents I demand them to remove it immediately.
