Consumer Complaint: I was enrolled in an auto payment plan with Navient and they just stopped taking my payments out with out my knowledge and turned me into the credit bureau for non payments and I just found out. Now my credit score is too low to get assistance in refinancing. They also harass me by calling me at least 10 times a day.
