Consumer Complaint: I have consolidated loans with the loan servicer Navient. I am a teacher and applied for Federal Teacher Loan forgiveness this past summer. I was denied even though I met all the qualifications and submitted proper paperwork. It has now come to my attention that Navient was involved in bad practices that made it impossible for teachers and other public service providers to be eligible for these loan repayments. They put their needs and desire for extra fees above those of their clients.
Company: Navient Solutions, LLC.
