Consumer Complaint: after I filed these complaints, They still called the next day.
However, I did call them, all the guy wanted to do is belittle me and tell me this is not customer service. He said his bills are paid.
I in fact set arrangements and they still attempted to threaten and harass me about the bill.
Now, they sent an update to the credit bureau and put 120 days past due. Out of spite … I even have automatic payments going to them.
That’s not what they agreed upon. they are dirty..
NC was included in a Natural Desaster Area and I was included in a flood area.
I lost work due to Hurricane Florence.
I will also contact the NC Govenors Office because of this. Consumer affairs.
Yes, it was a past due account, but now they will not allow me to follow through with the arrangements since they wouldn’t stop calling, I told them to cease and desist. any and all communication.
They stopped calling, but they are trying to affect my credit in a negative way now, since they did not get their way.
