XXXX PROPERTY ADDRESS : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OHIO XXXX IN XX/XX/2012 WHILE THIS PROEPRTY WAS UNDER A FEDERAL STAY THE LOAN SERVICING COMPANY XXXX VIOLATAED MY BANKRUPTCY RIGHTS BY ADDING ON PAYMENTS TO THIS LOAN FOR FORCED PLACED FLOOD INSURANCE AND HAZARD INSURANCE PAYING OFF A TAX PAYMENT CONTRACT THAT IS PART OF THE DEBTORS CONFIRMED BANKRUPTCY PLAN AND ASKING FOR THAT MONEY IN A ESCALATED PAYMENT NOT IN THE PLAN. THE DEBTOR HAS BEEN FORCED TO MAY ATTORNEY FEES AND CHARGES ON THIS LOAN THAT HE SHOULD OF NEVER BEEN CHARGED PER THE BANKRUPTCY PLAN AND FILING. NOW I AM ASKING SELENE TO INVESTIGATE THE HISTORY OF THIS LOAN AND JUSTIFY XXXX XXXX CONCERNS IN THIS CFPB COMPLAINT. SELENE RECEIVED THIS LOAN FROM XXXX WITH ERRORS AND HAS NOW ADJUSTED THE PAYMENT TO THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF {$260.00} BUT HAS REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAU THAT XXXX XXXX WAS LATE TWICE ON THE PAYMENTS WHEN INFACT XXXX XXXX HAD PAID THE CORRECT AMOUNT ON TIME AND SELENE AT THAT TIME OF PAYMENTS TRIED TO REFUND THOSE PAYMENTS WITH CHECKS XXXX AND XXXX. AS OF TODAY XXXX XXXX HAS NOT CASHED THE CHECKS AND THE ACCOUNT NOW SHOWS A CREDIT. PLEASE ADVISE
