Consumer Complaint: I have contacted the company several times trying to figured out exactly what this matter is and but before they would give me any information they want me to give them my full social security number over the phone which I am not comfortable with doing. There are two accounts listed with this company and they wont do anything but tell me I have to pay or the next step is court. Ive disputed these two accounts with all three credit bureaus however it remained on my credit reports.
