Consumer Complaint: I am lodging a formal complaint against gc services lp. this company has reported derogatory information on my 3 credit reports in the amount of {$420.00} for a XXXX debt i never owned. I have never had an account with XXXX ever in my life. on XX/XX/2018. I sent a request for validation because I was not familiar with this debt on my credit reports. I have also disputed this account with the 3 credit reporting agencies. I have never received anything in the mail from gc services lp validating this debt, but this debt collector continues to report negative information on my credit reports. I am in the process of buying my first home and this account is holding me back. I know its against the law to continue reporting information on a consumer credit report without validating debt to consumer. I will be filing XXXX XXXX XXXX, and attorney general complaints if this account isn’t deleted from my credit reports immediately. Ive worked so hard to finally buy my family a houe of our own and this debt collection company has stopped this from happening. I appreciate your time and your help. thank you very much!
