I’ve sent numerous letter ( s ) to XXXX XXXX to have this account ” investigated ” because I have no knowledge of this account that’s why I’ve been requesting competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have or even had some contractual obligation to pay {$12000.00}. I’ve also notified xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx in my letters that their wilful non-compliance to follow Federal and local State laws dependent upon their response ( s ), that I may be detailing any potential issues that I see fit regarding their response to my request ( s ) will be used to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Attorney General ‘s Office and XXXX XXXX XXXX, via sent certified mail. Thus far, I have received ( 6 ) responses from xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx and none of their response ( s ) have any documentation bearing my signature to establish that I have any contractual obligation with this company for them to be trying to collect any monies they say I owe them or to be providing unverifiable and incomplete information to XXXX, for it’s reporting purposes.The furnisher is providing unverifiable and incomplete information to me and to the credit bureau with bare bone jargon and itemize statements which are insufficient and not validation. This information is being reported as being verified information and this is clearly not validation but a clear violation on both parties of the law, of the furnisher and the credit bureau ( XXXX ) of the FCRA & FDCPA and local state laws. I request to have this issue investigated and if it’s determined that federal and state laws has been broken i request that this account be immediately removed from my credit profile with the credit bureau ( XXXX ).
