Consumer Complaint: I called this number today XXXX thinking it was Navient Student loans. A lady named XXXX answered and asked for my information such as name, date of birth, and social. Once she got my information she said I have the wrong number and gave me Navients number and hung up on me. When I called back she would not give me the name of their company and hung up on me again.
