Consumer Complaint: They will not help me lower my payments or let me do. A foreberance while Im out of work. I do not have the money to do so. Since this Monday they have called 17 times in 2 1/2 days. All day none stop from collections. XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX And XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX are the numbers that call all day and night looking for money. This is just my number, theyve been harassing my mother on her work and cell phone as well all day long looking for money as she is a co-signer. I have proof with the phone log records and voicemails. They are harassing me at this point now and not nice when I let the know my situation. Not sure what else to do at this point with the harassing calls.
