Consumer Complaint: Hi, How are you?

I have been getting calls from XXXX XXXX for the last two months regarding outstanding debt on a XXXX XXXX XXXX account. I picked up the phone one day and let the caller know that I have never held such account. The caller hung up and I stopped getting calls. Then, XXXX XXXX started calling my family members. I just went on XXXX XXXX to check my credit score, and noticed two accounts opened within the last two months that I completely do not recognize. One of them is a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account opened on XX/XX/2018 with outstanding balance of {$7300.00} and the other is XXXX XXXX XXXX with outstanding balance of {$400.00} opened on XX/XX/2018. Both are not my debt and accounts I have never opened. Please help me resolve them, thank you.

Thank you!
