Consumer Complaint: Navient continues to harass me day and night. I tried to explain to them that I lost my job in XXXX and could not pay right now, but they call numerous times per day. So far, today along, XX/XX/18, they have called me 7 times and it’s only XXXX. They harass me and my ex-husband who co-signed. I am not getting anywhere with them and they have also over the years never told me that when you did a deferment or forebarance that the interest would stack up. This goes for my private and public loans. My total loans started out at around 80,000 and are now just under 150,000. I even called XXXX XXXX XXXX at one time because the harassment wouldn’t stop. I don’t know what to do with them anymore.
