Consumer Complaint: I have been struggling with Navient and their repayment options for a while now. I have 4 separate loans but one in particular they just wont help me with now. The total is {$20000.00}, signature loan XXXX.

In XXXX I had spent 2hours in the phone with them so they can fix it. They told me they did I have confirmation numbers that I will be paying {$150.00}. I called recently and was informed that, that loan was never eligible for a repayment plan and aside from the {$150.00} that I am already paying for the other loans I would have to pay {$300.00} for this one payment alone.

I submitted my financial statement before it was due and I have stressed to them that I can not pay that.

Yesterday XX/XX/XXXX i spoke to an agent XXXX who stated that they are not obligated to help me find other options, that again I was never eligible for a repayment plan and that he is sorry the truth is ridiculous.

I asked to speak to his manager XXXX who wasnt as rude but not helpful either and he reiterated the same thing. So not only did they misinform me in XXXX but now they arent willing to correct their wrong and are trying to make me pay what I cant afford.

I am not paying off a car or credit card .. this is a student loan that was taken out through XXXX XXXX at the time at the age of XXXX and I regret I ever did.

This is not the first time I have an issue with them. In the past they have taken my payments and have not disbursed them as they were suppose to.
