Consumer Complaint: I do not believe this is even a debt I incurred they tell me that the debt was made ( XXXX ) in 2013 but it just magically appeared on my credit report this past XXXX, I never received any letters, phone calls, or any correspondence whatsoever. I only recently discovered it because of a financial transaction that I am in talks to make. I called them 3 times and they were rude and uncooperative even when I told them I was willing to take care of this ( even though I do not agree with it, just to get it gone ) if they would remove it from my credit report and they told me NO in no uncertain terms each and every time I phoned even speaking with a supervisor. my financial advisor recommended that I reach out to you so that you may possibly get this right. again I reiterate I NEVER had a chance to even settle this because I never even knew it existed
