Consumer Complaint: The phone representatives at Navient, I assume, did not have all the same information. Information on my student loans, depending on the phone rep., changed from time to time. The phone reps were very pushy on what repayment plan I would need, not clear on what each repayment plan was. The information each year from Navient, was not sent via email or mail sometimes and was not prompted to renew the repayment plan I was in, making me default at some points during the repayment process.
