Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2018 A collection was populated on my credit report.
I saw that this collection was removed last year this is actually the 3rd time this company has reinsterted a collection that was removed.
They reinsert is by changing balance, original creditor and account numbers.
I called Commonwealth XX/XX/XXXX regarding this matter.
The agent claimed that they do not reinsert debts.
I can clearly prove to you that they have indeed reinserted this not only once but this is the third time. attached you will see former credit reports. that show this account.
Which they already know that this was my dads, and he had passed away.
Commonwealth and their other Company XXXX is very well aware of this situation.
I have submitted everything in the past I have also other certified letters from the original creditor the hospital that say that they have no record of XXXX XXXX that is writing this.
Please tell me is this intentional? Why do you all keep changing the account numbers balances and original creditor? If it was not intentiontional please remove. I understand you all are a business but I am a real person that actually has a dad that past away with the same name.
Also this company you claim is original creditor has a website XXXX XXXX XXXX which is very strange because in my last complaint they had another website XXXX XXXX XXXX you will see the hospitals in attached.
I believe this company is fraudulently pretending to be hospitals in order to allow consumers and credit reporting agencies to believe that they are authentic and valid original creditors. THis is Fraud.
I’m pretty sure Commonwealth does not know this but I am now totifying you.
My claim of it being re-inserted Showing what the original creditor said The collection agency saying they will remove it.
Now collection company ‘s other name putting it back on Also The original creditor somehow has 2 different websites with different names.
