Frontier Consumer Law Group – Consumer Complaint – January 3, 2019

Consumer Statement:

I first talked with Fasttrack debt relief, then all my paperwork is from Frontier Consumer Law Group out of FL. This company takes $748.00 per month from me since March 2018, I only get $200.00 of that in my escrow the rest is upfront fees. My escrow will not start to build until 2 years because this company collects upfront fees for two years. I have read this is illegal.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have sent emails asking to cancel my services and to get a refund with no response, I want my money and for them to stop drafting my account.

  1. I too have been scammed by Frontier Consumer Law, (Fasttrack Debt relief). I have paid them $16,192 of which they kept $11,200 for fees. I have complained that the law states their not allowed to take fees upfront and they claim a loophole by using the name as a Law group and not Debt settlement allows them to do this. Well as it goes they were not clear on this and just stuck to the point that they would have my debt of $32,000 in 48 mos. $500 payments, so far almost 3 years in they have paid $2,527 to creditors as you can tell they are not going to be able to negotiate down that much with 16 mos left.

    • I am going to report them to the Georgia Attorney General, they are using Fast track as a front to collect upfront fees there is no loophole. Maybe you need to notify your states attorney general also the more that complains about this company maybe results will be made.
