I was offered loan consolidation, which did nothing. I am currently retired and on a fixed income with an upcoming loan payment of over {$1400.00} in XX/XX/2019. This denial occurred approximately 5-6 years ago, after the superintendent of human resources from my school district completed verification of employment, etc., I was denied and told the only program I was eligible for was loan consolidation, which I have done
