Consumer Complaint: State Farm Bank refuses to provide me with proof that my rights have not been violated. I will not be paying for something that I did not open nor authorized. This is a fraudulent account which needs to be deleted, removed and blocked from my XXXX credit report. I spoke to someone last month and she was supposed to have sent me a letter on steps that I need to take in order to get this matter resolved but I never received any correspondence on how to delete and remove this account.
