Consumer Complaint: I have an auto payment with Honda Financial Services. I am not late. I have never been late. I have a 15 day window to make a payment after the due date and utilize this occasionally. I always pay before the 15 day window. I scheduled a payment with a representative for my XX/XX/XXXX payment to be paid ( withdrawn from my bank acct ) on XX/XX/XXXX which is within my window. I have received XXXX calls since XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX phone calls just today. It is harassing and I’ve asked HFS to stop this. I can not sit on hold upwards of 20 minutes over and over again. I am thoroughly disgusted. I would appreciate any assistance with putting an end to this constant unwarranted harassment. All they have to do is check and will see my payment is scheduled. This is every month for 2 years. I can provide a copy of my credit report as proof I’ve never once been late paying this account.
