Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/18 I received notification from my credit bureaus XXXX my credit has been changed. I viewed the debt collector asking for approximately {$2300.00}. I am concerned because that is very incorrect and false information and furthermore I never received notice of a court date for allegations of a judgement. I know my security deposit was a XXXX dollars and the XXXX XXXX apartments kept ALL of my security deposit. The day I vacated I asked the managers assistant and main manager for documentation providing I am leaving and everything as been satisfied. I was told yes and my security deposit will be sent to me by mail. I can leave now. I do have a video recording of this conversation because I am aware this apartment complex has commited fraudulent claims in the past. I also have a witness who was present during this conversation. I also have pictures to show the apartment was left as is and clean. This extremely high judgement is a false claim and detrimental to my credit history and character as a consumer. I want this information corrected immediately. I also would like to see the file of what was alleged for judgement so I can dispute in court if need be, as I have every proof needed to show this amount is false and incorrect information on my credit report.
