Consumer Complaint: When I had moved from XXXX XXXX Apartments inXX/XX/2016I had preformed all necessary checks with the front office to ensure I left the property in good condition prior to moving. Due to the harassment, and quite frankly, discrimination from the front office they elected to attempt to bill me further for services that were not warranted nor rendered. This debt is invalid and not owed by myself. I request the negative reporting to be removed immediately as it is in violation of the FDCPA and FCRA.
