Consumer Complaint: The amount due on this account is inaccurate. They are trying to charge fraudulent charges to get more money. The total amount of the product was for {$2500.00}. The amount already paid to them was 9 payments of {$240.00} + {$2200.00} plus initial deposit of {$640.00} bringing that to a total of {$2800.00}.

Therefore, this account was paid in full. I have previous documents and statements proving this. I would like this removed from my credit score account.

I have contacted them numerous times and all I have been told is that I owe them {$5600.00} more. They constantly threaten that if I don’t pay it that they will making this appear on my credit score. They are continuously ruse on the phone to me. Wont try to help me or listen to my concerns.
