Consumer Complaint: I have an outstanding medical debt of {$560.00} reporting on my credit report. I never received a bill or any type of correspondence in regard to this debt. The details state that it was opened on XX/XX/2018. This is not my debt. I called the original creditor which is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2018 to verify the debt, and there was nothing owed in my name. It is on my credit report that Nationwide Recovery SYS has taken over this debt.
