Consumer Complaint: I’ve sent various letters to XXXX XXXX with no response. Each certified letter has been returned. I am simply asking the company to remove the account from there office and return it to the original creditor so that I am able to settle and regain my credit history. I saw that the account has been closed but still reporting negatively on my credit report. I do not know what else to do. If the account is closed how is it still reporting.
