Consumer Complaint: I had a student loan with Sallie Mae ( sold to Navient ). I had intended to finish school with University of XXXX, but at the same time I was attending XXXX XXXX XXXX. By the time I ended the day at XXXX school, the library was closed. So I had to drop out and focused on XXXX XXXX school. During the course of my account I had missed a few payments. I was in financial hardship during the period I had the account. I have PAID the account off last year 2017. I have request Navient to forgive my late payments on my credit file after I had paid off the account, and with fail they denied me.
