Consumer Complaint: For the last year my wife and I have made consistent payments on my student loan via direct payment from our bank account. Every month Navient has returned the payments back to our account without any explanation. When I have called, the agents state there is no record of the payments being made and that I am delinquent on the account. I am currently being reported as 90+ days past due. I have called and written the company providing the requested bank account information proving the payments and returns.
