Consumer Complaint: I was making payments recently with XXXX XXXX, they were NOT reporting any of my payments that I were making every month to the credit bureaus but then when I missed one payment XXXX XXXX reported me to all 3 credit bureaus and they DID NOT CONTACT me by mail to notify me first before reporting it to collections. I had nothing in collections before at this time but now Im in collections because of this company and I feel I deserved a phone call or a letter in the mail to notify me to make me aware the account was threatening collections.
