Consumer Complaint: I have been harassed and threatened by Portfolio recovery since aprox. XX/XX/2018 to now. Even after telling them in writing to stop, they continued to call me several times a day. On one occasion, they threatened me with jail and on another occasion, the person on the other end said ” I know where you live ” and laughed. They have even called my XXXX year old son. They use multiple telephone numbers and I do not answer my phone anymore nor allow my son to unless we know who it is.
