Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX someone from XXXX called to discuss a debt that was sold to them from XXXX XXXX. I spoke with the young lady and verified the information. I asked her to cease calls and to communicate through mail only. She commenced to rebuttal that she couldnt send anything else through mail because I havent responded to previous mail that has been sent. I asked her to verify the address on file. She refused and abruptly hung up in my face. Today XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX another person from the same company called me again after asking them NOT to call and cease calls yesterday the agent began to argue with me telling me they dont cease calls and hung up abruptly. This is harassment and a violation of the request to cease and communicate through mail.
