Consumer Complaint: I have received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX. The letter indicated that I owe {$6400.00} to chase Manhattan Bank, which they are willing to settle it for half the amount. When I called them they wanted my social security number and date of birth to reveal any information to me. I didnt give any of those information, then i contacted chae bank which they informed me that I do not owe them any money. My credit is excellent and do not owe any credit company any past due.
