Consumer Complaint: I have already explained that the manager at the time had a record and was fired for illegal account activity and falsely making records. I explained this in my disput to the credit bureau but this company continues to update and hit my credit that I owe money even after my proof and her being fired for illegal account abuse. I have proof of last months payment, payment of remaining utilities and the sign off of the apt by manger ( XXXX ) after doing a walk thru of the apt and signing off on saying I didnt owe anything. This company is calling and pretending to be other companies and spoofing my phone number. I will also be making a small claims report if this situation is not handled through this avenue. Please see company and credit report info below : Updated PROCOLLECT , INC Account XXXX The information you disputed has been verified as accurate ; however, information unrelated to your dispute has been updated. Please review your report for the details.
